The proud owner of Luminis Business Solutions. Originally from St. Louis, Alyssa now resides in Louisville with her husband and dogs. Holding a degree from the University of Missouri - Saint Louis, she is committed to helping small businesses thrive. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys exploring new places, hiking, tending to her garden, and enjoying live music.
Shannon Lopez
Administrative Operations Manager
After a decade in the healthcare industry as a medical billing and coding specialist, Shannon’s transition to the Luminis Solutions team was sparked by a desire for a more hands-on approach to helping others. She has been with Luminis from the very beginning. Shannon holds a degree in English and studied at Texas Woman’s University. She values meaningful moments with family, friends, and her three dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cross-stitching, Pilates, and hiking the trails in beautiful Northwest Arkansas. She believes in the power of compassion and continuous learning, both professionally and personally.
Meghan Burk
Administrative & Marketing Operations Specialist
After studying Travel & Tourism at Clemson University, Meghan worked in Marketing before transitioning into the Leisure Travel industry. Known for her attention to detail, Meghan loves crafting seamless travel itineraries and enjoys exploring nature, painting, and practicing yoga in her free time.
Alison Galyon
Administrative Operations Specia;ist
Joining the Luminis team as an Administrative Assistant after three years as an event coordinator, Alison is known for her organizational skills and attention to detail. Alison helps clients declutter their workflows and enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly playing tennis or pickleball.
Jennifer Booth Roddis
Administrative & IT Operations Specialist
Jen is a Michigan native with a fairly eclectic background. She earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Social Psychology and later returned to school to earn a Master's in Criminal Justice. She spent over a decade working for the public schools before moving on to become a foster care worker for the state of Michigan. Jen found fulfillment in working with at-risk youth and witnessing them overcome obstacles to reach goals they had been told were unattainable. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her Labrador Arlo, as well as hiking, crocheting, and sipping coffee.
Emilie Foster
Administrative Operations Specialist
A military spouse originally from Charlottesville, VA, she is currently living in Wiesbaden, Germany. With a degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Radford University, she has experience as a flight attendant and in luxury resorts, and enjoys exploring new places, walking her dogs, and trying new foods.
Scarlett Macmillan
Marketing Operations Specialist
Scarlett is a Social Media Coordinator at Luminis Business Solutions, where she develops strategy-driven content to help travel and hospitality brands strengthen their digital presence. She previously managed social media at a boutique property in Western Australia and held client-focused roles at The Dewberry Charleston and Parmelia Hilton Perth, gaining valuable insight into the luxury hospitality experience. Scarlett also worked as a travel advisor with Fora Travel, giving her a first-hand perspective on what today’s travelers seek.
Originally from Australia and now based in Charleston, South Carolina, she holds a Meta Digital Marketing Certificate and is passionate about combining industry knowledge with fresh, creative strategies to deliver impactful results.
Megan Frye
Administrative Operations Specialist
Megan is a North New Jersey native with a background that blends both business and creativity. She earned her MBA in Business Administration and has worked in a variety of fields, including pharmaceuticals, finance, real estate, insurance, and contracts administration. Over the years, she’s built a reputation for being detail-oriented and dependable, with a knack for keeping things organized and running smoothly. Outside of work, Megan loves to continue developing her creative mind—and mixing it with her love of entertaining children—by creating animated videos starring her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Molly and Emma. She also works on personal projects in memory of her late husband, Keith, who was a children’s magician (with Megan as his balloon twister and face painter). In her free time, Megan enjoys curating music, writing, exploring new creative ideas, and spending time with Molly and Emma—who bring plenty of love and a little sass into her daily life.
